HR Generalist / Talent Management, HR Manager, Regulatory Compliance Specialist
We are seeking an experienced Employee Relations Manager to serve as a trusted advisor to leaders and team members, providing expert guidance on employee relations matters, workplace policies, and employment practices. In this role, you will help foster a positive work environment by ensuring consistent application of policies, addressing complex workplace concerns, and delivering balanced, compliant resolutions.
As an Employee Relations Manager, you will lead and conduct employee investigations, partner with leaders on performance management and corrective action, and provide coaching on employee conduct and workplace issues. You will analyze trends across assigned client groups, identify opportunities to improve employee engagement and retention, and proactively recommend solutions to mitigate risk. Additionally, you will prepare unemployment claim responses and facilitate training on topics such as harassment prevention, diversity and inclusion, workplace professionalism, and violence prevention.

- Full-time position: 80-hours bi-weekly

Job Overview:The Manager, Employee Relations reports to the Vice President, Human Resources Business Partner and Team Member Relations is a resource to team members and leaders identifying needs and solutions to resolve day-to-day employee relation issues. A Center of Expertise role will partner closely with legal, and risk management in fulfilling unemployment, subpoena, and/or mitigation needs.
Job Requirements:- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, business, or related fields
