St. Vincent de Paul District Council of Cincinnati is seeking an on-site HR Generalist to join our mission-driven team. You will support staffing, employee relations, HR administration, training, and benefits programs to ensure compliant, efficient people operations in a nonprofit environment.
The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, strong communication and organizational skills, and experience with HRIS platforms (Paycor, ADP, Workday). Certification is a plus.
