HR Business Partner – North America

West Chester Township, OH | $90,000–$110,000 + Benefits | On-site

We are partnering with a growing international engineering and manufacturing group to recruit an experienced HR Business Partner to support its operations across North America.

Based from the company's West Chester Township, Ohio facility, you'll partner closely with site leaders and senior management across multiple US and Canadian locations, providing both strategic and hands-on HR support.

This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys working closely with operational teams and wants the autonomy to influence how people, performance and culture are developed across a growing international organisation.

• Partner with site leaders and managers across multiple North American locations.
• Provide guidance across employee relations, performance management and employee development.
• Lead recruitment and onboarding across manufacturing, engineering and commercial functions.
• Support employee engagement, retention and organisational development initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state and applicable Canadian employment legislation.
• Support compensation, benefits, 401(k) administration and payroll processes.
• Develop and improve HR policies, processes and reporting.
• Identify training and development needs across the organisation.
• Work closely with international HR colleagues on wider people initiatives.

• 5+ years' progressive HR experience.
• Experience with in a manufacturing, engineering or industrial environment.
• Strong experience partnering with operational and senior leaders.
• Good knowledge of US employment law and experience supporting employees across multiple states.
• Multi-site HR experience preferred.
• Canadian HR exposure would be advantageous but isn't essential.
• Strong employee relations and performance management experience.
• HRIS experience; knowledge of iSolved would be beneficial.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or related discipline.
• SHRM, PHR or SPHR certification preferred.

$90,000–$110,000 base salary
, alongside Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance, 401(k), Life Insurance and Paid Time Off.

You’ll be joining an international group of specialist engineering and technology businesses, with the opportunity to work closely with leadership and have a genuine influence on how HR develops across its North American operations.

Location: West Chester Township, Ohio

Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm

Travel: Occasional travel to other North American locations
