The Talent Acquisition Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Cincinnati, OH. This role is responsible for managing the full recruiting lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating hiring activities for a variety of positions across the organization. The specialist partners with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, develop job postings, and ensure a high-quality, consistent candidate experience. Day-to-day activities include building talent pipelines, maintaining applicant tracking systems, scheduling and conducting interviews, and supporting onboarding processes.
The role also contributes to employer branding efforts, participates in career fairs and networking events, and collaborates with HR to improve recruitment strategies and workforce planning.
- Candidates should possess skills in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting to manage end-to-end hiring processes.
- Candidates should possess skills in Interviewing and Hiring to assess candidates and support effective selection decisions.
- Candidates should possess skills in Employer Branding to enhance Silco’s presence in the talent market and attract qualified applicants.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools; proficiency with standard office software.
- Ability to prioritize multiple open roles, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-growing environment.
- Previous experience in talent acquisition, human resources, or related fields is preferred; relevant certifications are a plus.
