Key Responsibilities:- Oversee all aspects of HR, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Manage payroll processes accurately and efficiently.
- Conduct interviews and support managers in hiring decisions.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee retention and satisfaction.
- Foster a positive workplace culture by promoting open communication and collaboration.
- Proven experience in payroll management.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills – a true people person!
- Passion for finding, developing, and retaining great talent.
- HR qualifications or experience in a similar role.
