HR Coordinator, College Of Medicine
The University of Cincinnati College of Medicine (COM) is seeking a full-time (100% FTE) HR Coordinator to perform a variety of human resources support functions within the College of Medicine and UC Physicians, Inc. This individual will help ensure the delivery of excellent customer service; foster communication, teamwork, and collaboration; and support the development and implementation of standardized processes and procedures.
This position offers a hybrid work schedule.
Essential Functions:
- Coordinate HR functions for an operating unit in partnership with an HR Consultant.
- Support employee separation processes by initiating separation Personnel Change Requests (PCRs), maintaining turnover data, and providing administrative support to HR Consultants.
- Work with HR Consultants and Talent Acquisition on job postings, recruitment, and selection process.
- Manage student hiring and coordination for an operating unit.
- Act as a PCR initiator for assigned organizational units.
- Prepare and analyze various HR data to identify opportunities for quality improvement.
- Assist with project management functions.
- Perform related duties based on departmental need.
Required
Education:
Bachelor's Degree
Four (4) years of relevant work experience and/or other specialized training can be used in lieu of education requirement.

Additional Qualifications Considered:
Experience with reporting and data analysis tools such as Power BI, excel, or similar platforms to generate HR metrics.
Physical Requirements/Work Environment:
Office environment/no specific unusual physical or environmental demands.
