Human Resources Specialist

We’re looking for an HR professional to join our team in Cincinnati and provide support across a variety of HR programs and activities.

• Partner with and support multiple HR Generalists
• Gain hands-on experience with HR systems, leaves of absence, time tracking, exit interviews, and HR administration
• Assist with the development and execution of HR programs
• Conduct research, analyze information, and identify opportunities to improve HR programs and processes
• Build relationships across HR, Benefits, and the broader organization
• Manage multiple priorities while handling sensitive and confidential information

• Have 1–3 years of HR, administrative, or related professional experience — or relevant HR-focused education
• Are highly organized and detail-oriented
• Enjoy solving problems and working with data
• Communicate professionally and build strong relationships
• Have strong Microsoft Office skills
• Are eager to learn, grow, and develop your HR career
