You will be notified if you are referred for additional positions. As a Supervisory Human Resources Specialist, you will:
- Supervise a multi-disciplinary team of HR professionals by setting priorities, assigning workloads, establishing performance standards, evaluating work, and recommending personnel actions.
- Identify employee training needs, foster professional growth, and provide high-level guidance on federal HR regulations, laws, and Merit System Principles.
- Oversee the operational direction of HR Information Systems and business process training, annual performance award coordination, eOPF management, and pre-employment drug testing coordination.
- Manage accountability programs, internal quality control reviews, HCMAP audit preparations, SOP development, and priority placement programs to ensure regulatory adherence.
- Direct the program management of USA Staffing, including template development, system troubleshooting, OPM liaison activities, and user training.
- Analyze metrics, audit findings, and system workflows to identify operational bottlenecks, mitigate compliance risks, and drive efficiency.
