Direct Placement Recruiter

JOB SUMMARY

The Direct Placement Recruiter position is within Prolink’s Operations department and partners with key stakeholders to source, screen, and submit qualified healthcare professionals while cultivating relationships, educating candidates on direct placement opportunities, and providing world class customer service.

• Source, screen, and submit talent for direct placement positions in healthcare settings across the country
• Review and analyze candidates’ experience using our Applicant Tracking System
• Post open jobs on job boards and advertise available positions via email and text message
• Contact qualified talent to discuss potential job opportunities and hold phone interviews with talent to determine their qualifications
• Understand candidates’ long-term career goals, skillset, and personality to accurately match with clients
• Build pipeline of nursing skillsets through ongoing networking, social media, and referrals
• Research and understand our clients’ communities to be able to sell talent on possible relocation
• Conduct references and verify licensure and any other required certifications
• Prepare talent for job interviews with our client
• Provide exemplary customer service to our talent
• Participate in on-site client meetings as needed
• Perform other related duties as assigned

• Willing and able to travel 15% of the time to client sites and candidate interviews

• 1-2 years of recruiting experience

Candidates with additional and relevant experience, education, licensing, or certification beyond the role’s requirements and/or specific to the nature of Prolink’s business will be given additional consideration in the candidate selection process. If all minimum requirements are met, candidates with unique and/or diverse qualifications will also be given additional consideration.
