Contract1 Opening $1,000reward per hire## About this Role Agility Partners is seeking a qualified Data Assurance Analyst for a position with one of our clients in the banking industry. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to enterprise-level data integrity by supporting the development of trusted, mastered data products. The role offers a chance to work at the intersection of data governance, quality, and modernization, driving confident decision-making across the organization.

The Data Assurance Analyst will perform data quality assessments, support issue resolution, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data completeness and alignment with business needs. This role plays a key part in enhancing transparency, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency.
** Responsibilities:
*** Conduct routine data quality assessments and lead reconciliation efforts for financial domains.
* Define and implement data logic, decision rules, and control points.
* Maintain business glossaries and metadata repositories.

The Ideal Candidate
* Experience in data quality, governance, or analytics within a regulated industry.
* Strong understanding of financial data and reporting requirements.
* Proficiency in developing dashboards and tracking KPIs.
* Ability to translate business needs into data logic and quality controls.
* Familiarity with Agile methodologies and backlog grooming.
* Excellent documentation and communication skills.
* Experience with data tools and automation for quality assessments.
