AI & Machine Learning Engineering Consultant – Manager – Consulting – Location OPEN

Join EY as an AI & Machine Learning Engineering Consultant – Manager in Consulting. The role is open to candidates located anywhere in the country.

Our Artificial Intelligence and Data team applies cutting‑edge technology to provide solutions to clients. You will sit side‑by‑side with clients and diverse EY teams to design, build, and implement scalable AI systems across cloud and on‑prem environments.

• Lead workstream delivery and manage processes and projects.
• Improve processes through research and innovative solutions.
• Manage technical teams and supervise professional employees to deliver complex initiatives.
• Engage with clients, participate in daily working sessions, and lead work streams from planning through execution to closure.
• Identify opportunities for additional services and manage engagement economics.

• Bachelor’s degree (4‑year).
• 6–10 years of full‑time experience in AI, Data Science, and/or Machine Learning.
• 2–4 years of direct technical team management.
• Strong Python skills, cloud platform experience, and MLOps expertise.
• Proficiency in Generative AI models, NLP, and deep‑learning frameworks.
• Dev Ops, Agile, and CI/CD pipeline experience.
• Strong communication, client relationship, and leadership skills.
• Willingness to travel for client engagements.

• Deep understanding of teaching concepts and advanced technical tools.
• Master’s degree in a quantitative field.
• Experience fine‑tuning generative‑AI models and managing complex multi‑stakeholder projects.
• Skills in data visualization, image/audio processing.
