CBTS is searching for an AWS/Oracle Dev Ops Middleware Analyst/Specialist to join our Software Engineering team. The role involves assessing, designing, and engineering Dev Ops solutions across cloud-native, cloud-enabled, and on-premises environments.

• Design and build Dev Ops technical solutions utilizing microservices and traditional application patterns.
• Engage multiple teams, collaborate on key decisions, and provide cross-team solution contributions.
• Architect and implement end-to-end CI/CD pipelines using AWS EKS, ECR, ArgoCD, and Kubernetes.
• Automate build, deployment, and security scanning processes with AWS Code Pipeline, Code Build, and vulnerability scanning.
• Analyze and optimize existing Dev Ops workflows to drive continuous improvement.

• Proficiency in Continuous Improvement Techniques, Configuration & Release Management.
• Experience designing and implementing Dev Ops solutions in complex technology environments.
• Strong knowledge of AWS services (EKS, ECR, Code Pipeline, Code Build) and Oracle middleware.
• Hands‑on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, ArgoCD, and CI/CD tooling.
• Excellent collaboration, communication, and problem‑solving skills.

• Designed and implemented an end‑to‑end Dev Ops working model leveraging Oracle and AWS services to streamline CI/CD pipelines and enhance security.
• Architected the solution using AWS EKS for Kubernetes orchestration, ECR for container registry, ArgoCD and K8S Dashboard for orchestration/deployment.
• Automated build and deployment processes using AWS Code Pipeline and Code Build, integrating security scanning and ECR image vulnerability scanning to enforce security compliance.
