Position: IT Help Desk Technician
Location:
Cincinnati, OH
is seeking a full-time IT Help Desk Support Technician. The role involves opening support tickets, identifying issues, and assigning tickets related to IT Voice and Data Infrastructure, E-Call Systems, and Wireless support. The ideal candidate has some experience, but motivation and a willingness to learn are key.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous experience in Help Desk Support or IT Support
- Process-driven with attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines
- Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience with troubleshooting telecommunications networks (preferred)
- Experience with ticketing systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Outstanding customer service and teamwork skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Availability for after-hours / on-call support
