GenAI Learning & Development Trainer

Cincinnati, OH – Onsite 3 days per week

As part of our P&C Insurance client’s enterprise strategy to become a data-driven organization, we are seeking a professional to create the learning and development of data and AI tools and facilitate training. This includes partnering closely with the Co-Pilot product owner and helping to create and lead Copilot trainings. This role is critical in educating employees on what it means to make data-driven decisions and how to leverage AI tools effectively.

You will design and deliver engaging learning experiences that empower teams across the enterprise.

• Learning and development background with experience creating training content for Copilot or similar GenAI, and how they are used with apps in a business setting
• Experience delivering and facilitating the training across teams and programs
• Ability to understand data concepts and apply quantitative reasoning to solve problems.
• Hands-on experience with Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools.
• Experience creating learning modules using Vyond or similar platforms.
• Reliable, independent, and able to work collaboratively across multiple teams. Creative in tailoring training for different audiences.

• Familiarity with commercial insurance, claims, or underwriting processes.
• Experience with Copilot.
• Experience with Vyond platform.
