Mendix Architect

We are seeking a Mendix Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-grade low-code applications using the Mendix platform. The architect will work closely with business and IT stakeholders to define solution architecture, ensure best practices, and deliver scalable, secure, and high-quality applications.

• Design and architect end-to-end solutions using the Mendix low-code platform
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and application architecture
• Define Mendix application standards, best practices, and governance guidelines
• Lead and mentor Mendix developers across multiple project teams
• Oversee development activities, ensuring performance, security, and maintainability
• Architect and manage integrations with enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, APIs, databases)
• Support CI/CD pipelines, deployment strategies, and environment management
• Conduct architecture reviews, code reviews, and technical design validations
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and IT leadership
• Ensure compliance with enterprise security, data privacy, and regulatory standards
• Drive continuous improvement and adoption of Mendix platform capabilities

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong hands-on experience as a Mendix Architect or Lead Developer
• Mendix Advanced or Expert Certification preferred
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, OData, microflows, domain modeling
• Strong understanding of enterprise application architecture and integration patterns
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in large enterprise or regulated environments (Healthcare/Life Sciences a plus)
• Cloud experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Prior experience supporting global enterprise clients
