About the RoleOur client, a large enterprise organization undergoing a major transformation, is seeking an OCM Consultant to support a high-impact, enterprise-wide initiative tied to the IGA / Guardian implementation.
This role will leverage modern Organizational Change Management (OCM) best practices to deliver clear, effective, and user-centered change experiences across a diverse, hybrid workforce. The ideal candidate brings strong change execution skills, stakeholder engagement expertise, and the ability to manage multiple work streams in a fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do- Lead and execute Organizational Change Management plans to drive faster adoption, greater utilization, and higher proficiency
- Facilitate discovery sessions with stakeholders across multiple levels of the organization
- Conduct readiness assessments, analyze results, and present findings in a clear, logical, and actionable manner
- Develop targeted change plans, including communication plans, sponsor roadmaps, coaching plans, training plans, and resistance management strategies
- Implement the organization’s OCM framework to manage the people side of change during transitions
- Coordinate change activities with overall project timelines and dependencies
- Measure adoption, behaviors, and progress; pivot strategies as needed based on data and feedback
- Coordinate, deliver, and measure training deployment and user competencies
- Provide direct support and coaching to front-line managers and leaders as they guide teams through change
- Communicate status updates, risks, blockers, and priorities to key stakeholders and cross-functional partners

- Experience in Organizational Change Management within large, complex environments
- Strong expertise in change planning, stakeholder engagement, and adoption measurement
- Proven ability to influence and build trust with executives, managers, and end users
- Experience tailoring messaging and change journeys by audience or persona
- Strong project, risk, and organizational management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Preferred: PROSCI, Change Guide, and/or LaMarsh certification(s)
