You Are:

An entrepreneurial thinker and visionary professional, with your finger on the pulse of the latest technology solutions. You’re not afraid to think outside the box, and you’ve guided many clients through their digital transformations, especially around manufacturing operations. Communication and people skills? Yours are a cut above, which is why you’re so good at dealing with clients and team members. And when it comes to problem-solving, your creative and analytical abilities shift into high gear.

• Design and lead the creation of attractive, cost-effective solutions that will transform clients’ businesses
• Plan, design, and build complex digital roadmaps for manufacturing solutions
• Act as a Digital manufacturing translator bridging business requirements and Digital manufacturing technology enablers
• Create business cases for technological and organizational transformation
• Lead small teams to be responsive and efficient
• Full lifecycle experience in developing and implementing solution in real world environment

Job Requirements:

• Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% from time to time depending on business need and client requirements.

• Minimum 7 years of experience with manufacturing systems and manufacturing environments
• Minimum 5 years' experience with ERP, MES, PLC, SCADA, HMI, DCS integration
• Minimum 5 years real-life experience deploying AI-enabled solutions to manufacturing
• Minimum 5 years real-life experience deploying AWS, Azure, and or GCP solutions

• Demonstrated experience with loosely coupled, micro-services platform architectures, containerization (docker, Kubernetes) and serverless computing.
• Expertise in AI/ML framework and cybersecurity best practices (including OT security)
• Experience in architecting for use cases in Manufacturing
• You have communication superpowers (speaking, writing, and listening) and you’re passionate about collaboration and teamwork
• You have confidence and poise in spades, and an ability to relate to board level executives
• You enjoy being on the move, visiting clients and partners for meetings and workshops

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired as set forth below.
