LEAD Quality Assurance Specialist 4 - Hybrid, OH

The person in this position will be responsible for all aspects of leading the UAT Automation Test effort for four or more major releases per year.

Understand and communicate strategic priorities: Effectively articulate the goals of an Automation Test Strategy.

Build relationships: Collaborate with vendor partners, UAT Release Leads, and UAT teams to identify and automate test scripts.

Coordinate testing efforts: Work with Stakeholder Agency UAT Test Leads, DAS leadership, and vendors to align test strategies and priorities for the Ohio Benefits Program.

Resource planning: Plan release resource capacity and schedules with the UAT Release Lead to load test data.

Schedule automation: Plan and coordinate automated script execution for each release with the UAT Release Lead.

Monitor and report: Define, monitor, and report on resource and release metrics, including quality gate checklists (Design, System Test, Deployment).

Status reporting: Prepare and submit daily and weekly reports on automated test scripting and execution.

Test script automation: Collaborate with DAS UAT Release Lead to identify and automate new test scripts/scenarios.

Support test readiness: Assist UAT Release Lead in ensuring Test Environment Readiness and oversee access provisioning.

Lead the automation team: Conduct meetings, triage defects, coordinate retesting, and manage workload.

Coordinate across systems: Oversee automated testing across all OB systems, including Eligibility & Enrollment, Call Center, Document Management, and Bots.

Backup responsibilities: Serve as backup for the Release Test Lead as needed.
