Systems Analyst, Data Analyst

Project Delivery Model (PDM) is a talent model that is tailored specifically for long‑term, onsite client service delivery.
Develop, enhance, and provide production support for Legacy Finance & Accounting (F&A) applications in the mainframe environment (incidents, defects, minor enhancements, and release support). Troubleshoot end‑to‑end issues across batch/online processing, interfaces, and upstream/downstream dependencies; perform root cause analysis and implement preventive fixes. Provide additional support for Databricks and Billing systems, coordinating with product/engineering partners to deliver prioritized work and maintain service stability.
Communicate regularly with Engagement Managers (Directors), project team members, and representatives from various functional and/or technical teams, including escalating any matters that require additional attention and consideration from engagement management.
Qualifications Required3+ years of hands‑on experience developing and supporting mainframe‑based Finance & Accounting applications (legacy F&A production support).
3+ Years of Strong troubleshooting skills in production environments (job/batch monitoring, log analysis, incident/problem management, and release/hypercare).
3+ Years Working knowledge of Databricks (pipelines/jobs, data troubleshooting, operational monitoring) and experience supporting Billing‑related systems/processes.
3+ Years experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams (including offshore) and communicate clearly with business and technical stakeholders.
Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
Preferred- Analytical ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks into manageable work products.
- Can operate independently or with minimum supervision.
- Excellent Written and Communication Skills.
- Ability to deliver technical demonstrations.
Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
