Our client has a critical need to augment their team with advanced technical expertise. This role focuses on knowledge transfer, modernizing Claim Center services, accelerating AI/automation initiatives, and evolving the cloud-based environment. The position emphasizes holistic, forward-looking skills over strict Guidewire experience; candidates can learn Claim Center on the job.

• Perform knowledge transfer on the existing Claim Center application before the retirement.
• Modernize services using advanced integration patterns, cloud-native development, large-scale refactoring, and AI capabilities for efficient, sustainable outcomes.
• Strengthen AWS/cloud capabilities to troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, ensure data strategy compliance, and support ongoing cloud evolution of Claim Center.
• Contribute strategically to AI, automation, and broader technology modernization efforts.

• Strong Java development experience.
• Local to Cincinnati area.
• Solid cloud experience (AWS preferred, but any major cloud platform acceptable).
