Senior Systems Project Manager

We are standing up a new Commercial Cash Management platform and migrating commercial customers from a legacy system to a new enterprise solution. This role will serve as a systems-side project manager and subject matter expert
, supporting UAT coordination, data validation, script optimization, and conversion readiness leading into a late July / early August go‑live.

This is not a pure QA execution or software development role. It is a hands‑on knowledgeable, execution‑focused “player‑coach” role responsible for structuring, guiding, and validating testing and readiness activities.

• Support the implementation of a new Commercial Cash Management platform
• Coordinate readiness for a large‑scale commercial customer migration
• Support Treasury products including ACH, Wires, Lockbox, and RDC
• Participate in and support multiple mock conversions prior to go‑live

• Own and coordinate UAT activities from a systems and business readiness perspective
• Provide hands‑on guidance to testing teams and business SMEs
• Review test coverage, validation results, and defect resolution
  
  Lead data validation work streams, including pre‑conversion validation and issue tracking
• Step in as needed to validate scenarios, confirm outcomes, and resolve issues
• Track execution status, risks, and open items through go‑live

This role requires strong working knowledge of UAT execution and data validation. While the individual will not execute every test case personally, they must be capable of guiding testing efforts, reviewing results, and validating readiness.

• Review and optimize an existing library of 200+ validation and testing scripts
• Rewrite and structure scripts for clarity, efficiency, and repeatability
• Support backend reporting and validation documentation

• Serve as a key execution partner within the PMO
• Run meetings, manage action items, and maintain clear cross‑team communication
• Act as a systems‑side SME supporting business and product stakeholders
• Coordinate closely with third‑party vendors and internal technology teams

• 5+ years of experience in systems project management, platform implementations, or regulated technology environments
• Direct experience with UAT execution, coordination, or oversight
• Experience supporting software deployments, system conversions, or platform migrations
• Strong understanding of data validation and conversion readiness activities
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Comfortable operating as a hands‑on knowledgeable systems SME

• Commercial banking or Treasury / Cash Management experience
• Exposure to enterprise cash management platforms
• Experience supporting large‑scale customer or platform migrations

• Hybrid role; candidate must be located within the regional footprint
• Periodic in‑office presence expected (typically once per week or bi‑weekly)
• Preferred locations include Cincinnati, Columbus, Indianapolis, Southeast Indiana, or Louisville
