We're searching for an ERP Business Analyst to translate business needs into functional and technical requirements for our new ERP system implementation. This person will analyze existing processes, gather requirements from stakeholders, and design/implement ERP solutions that align with organizational goals and support long-term strategic objectives.
* JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

* Requirements Analysis and Functional Design:
* o Understands the overall business needs.
o Gathers information from various stakeholders, existing systems, and business processes.
o Analyzes and prioritizes these requirements based on importance and feasibility.
o Documents requirements in a clear and concise manner, ensuring stakeholder agreement.
o Translates requirements and designs ERP implementation.

* System Configuration:
* Configures the ERP system to meet AGSE's specific requirements, including custom setups.
·
* Testing and Validation:
* Tests the ERP system to ensure it functions correctly and meets the specified requirements.
·
* Troubleshooting:
* Identifies and resolves functional, performance, and user-related issues with the ERP system.
·
* Training and Support:
* Provides training and support to end-users on how to use the ERP system effectively.
·
* Process Improvement and Optimization:
* Analyzes existing workflows and recommends improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.

* Data Migration:
* Assists with data migration from legacy systems to the new ERP system.
·
* Collaboration:
* Collaborates with technical teams, business teams, project managers, and end-users to ensure the ERP system is integrated with other systems and meets overall business objectives.
* JOB REQUIREMENTS AND MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
* · Required education and experience:
o Bachelor’s degree in business administration, information technology, computer science, or related fields.
o 5 years of related experience. EPICOR experience preferred.
· Able to commute on-site role at Cincinnati, Ohio facility.
· Business Acumen:
Understanding of business processes and how ERP systems can support them.
· ERP System Knowledge:
Thorough understanding of specific ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365). EPICOR experience preferred.
· Business Process and Functional Requirements:
o Ability to understand and analyze various business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
o Demonstrated expertise in translating business needs into functional specifications for the ERP system.
· Analytical
Skills:
Ability to analyze complex data, identify problems, and propose solutions.
· Problem-Solving:
Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and identify solutions.
· Technical Proficiency:
Familiarity with ERP systems, data modeling, and related technologies.
· Technical
Skills:
Familiarity with database management, system administration, and other technical aspects of ERP systems.
· Communication:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and internal teams.
· Project Management
Skills:
Ability to oversee project tasks and ensures the ERP implementation by preparing project plans, oversees implementation, and maintenance within budget and lead-times.
· Industry Knowledge:
Understanding of industry-specific regulations and best practices.
· Excellent oral and written communication skills, including detailed reporting abilities.
