• Act as a Business Analyst with strong Data Engineering skills; design scalable, reusable solutions for gathering, storing, processing, and serving data at both small and large (Big Data) scales.
• Work independently with business lines to understand requirements, translate them into functional designs, and communicate those designs to technical teams.
• Create clear and complete test acceptance criteria and execute unit and UAT testing.
• Develop and run SQL scripts for ETL/data testing.
• Research and develop on current banking industry trends and emerging data engineering, architecture, and security technologies.
• Build CI/CD pipelines, self‑service build tools, and automated deployment processes.
• Evaluate software products and provide documented recommendations.
• Provide support and troubleshooting for data platforms, including on‑call support for critical incidents.
• Plan and work on internal projects such as legacy system replacement, monitoring and analytics improvements, tool development, and technical documentation.
• Provide guidance and mentoring to other team members.
• Manage and prioritize multiple assignments.

• Data Stage

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Information Systems or equivalent.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills for data‑related issues or new solution design.
• Technical proficiency in SQL (3‑5 years), Data Stage (ETL), DBT, Snowflake, Python.
• Conceptual understanding of big data technologies, metadata management, commercial ETL tools, data visualization/reporting tools, data warehousing, data testing, major cloud platforms, or REST API design.
• Experience with SDLC, project management, release management, and implementation tasks.
