Overview

SAP Project Manager – Cincinnati, OH (Onsite position)

• Minimum 15 years of relevant SAP experience and managed over 3 end-to-end implementations.
• Successfully implemented at least one large SAP S/4 HANA green field implementation or rollout project in the capacity of a Project Manager.
• Handled a multidisciplinary team of approximately 30+ consultants, including SAP functional and technical consultants.
• Knowledge of Agile-based delivery.
• Drafted and executed detailed project plans.
• Strong performer in reporting project health, escalation management, and relationship management.
• Monitored and adhered to project costs, delivery timelines, and quality parameters as per plan.
• Excellent soft skills in spoken and written English.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project or any other project management tools.
• Guided customers on contractual obligations and recommended best practices.
• Identified new transformational opportunities or business avenues with the customer.

• Knowledge of SAP Activate methodology.
• Knowledge of MRO or Aero industry.
• Certification in Project Management (PMI).
