We are seeking a highly analytical and business-minded Mid-Level Data Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets to generate actionable insights that guide strategic decision-making across the organization.

This is not just a data manipulation role — we are looking for someone who can identify opportunities, evaluate business trade-offs, and clearly communicate meaningful recommendations to diverse stakeholders. The ideal candidate combines strong technical skills with business acumen and storytelling ability.

• Collect, clean, and analyze large and complex datasets from multiple sources
• Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support business initiatives
• Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities to improve operational efficiency and revenue growth
• Conduct exploratory data analysis and deep-dive investigations
• Evaluate business trade‑offs and quantify potential impact of strategic decisions
• Partner with cross‑functional teams (Product, Marketing, Finance, Operations, etc.) to understand business needs
• Translate business problems into analytical frameworks and solutions
• Present findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and governance best practices
• Support A/B testing, forecasting, and performance tracking initiatives

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field
• 3–5 years of experience in data analysis or business analytics
• Strong proficiency in SQL (advanced querying, joins, aggregations)
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
• Proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets
• Experience with Python or R for data analysis
• Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
