OverviewWe are hiring a Mid-Level Data Analyst to support a Customer Experience eCommerce initiative focused on delivering consistent, data‑driven insights. This role requires someone who goes beyond reporting — strong analytical thinking, statistical modeling exposure, and the ability to translate data into actionable business recommendations.
Key Responsibilities- Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities
- Build analytical insights using regression, predictive modeling, ML concepts, or causal inference
- Develop clear dashboards and visualizations in Power BI
- Present data-driven recommendations to business and technical stakeholders
- Partner with cross-functional teams to improve data quality and processes
