Owning the post-go-live stabilization phase, this role sits at the intersection of business and IT—resolving process disruptions, optimizing end-to-end workflows, and embedding new digital capabilities into everyday operations. • Lead the stabilization phase after SAP S/4
  
  HANA go‑lives across multiple manufacturing sites and operating companies.
• Monitor and enhance process performance, system stability, and data integrity across core business functions.
• Identify operational risks, process disruptions, and adoption challenges, driving timely resolution in partnership with business and IT teams.
• Business Process Optimization & Continuous Improvement
• Drive continuous improvement across end-to-end processes, including Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Plan-to-Produce, and Record-to-Report.
• Translate business challenges into structured change requests, enhancements, and process optimizations.
• Leverage SAP S/4
  
  HANA capabilities to unlock efficiency gains, cost reduction, and better decision-making in an FMCG operating environment.
• Stakeholder, Governance & Change Leadership
• Serve as the primary business interface between local operating companies, global functions, and IT.
• Establish clear governance, escalation paths, and communication routines to sustain stable operations and ongoing improvement.
• Support stakeholders through change by driving adoption and embedding new ways of working.
• Business Transformation Program Contribution
• Play a key role within the broader Business Transformation Program built around a global SAP S/4
  
  HANA template.
• Ensure transformation extends beyond technology—prioritizing process excellence, strong governance, and sustainable business outcomes.
• Contribute to shaping the future SAP and digital capability roadmap for the organization.

• Proven experience in business transformation, stabilization, or post-go-live SAP S/4
  
  HANA environments.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end FMCG processes, ideally within manufacturing or supply-chain-intensive organizations.
• Experience operating in complex, multinational, matrixed environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across functions and seniority levels.
• Ability to translate business requirements into process and system improvements.
• Experience partnering closely with IT teams, system integrators, and SAP support organizations.

• Experience in FMCG industry.
• Knowledge of SAP S/4
  
  HANA functionalities.
