Role OverviewWe are seeking a highly analytical and self-driven Strategic Pricing Analyst to own and drive pricing intelligence across our warehouse automation and supply chain software portfolio.
This role is not transactional pricing support. The ideal candidate will independently lead competitive pricing research, analyze deal performance, and provide executive-ready pricing recommendations that shape our long-term monetization strategy.
You will act as the internal expert on pricing strategy across software products, implementation services, and support offerings.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct independent research on competitor pricing models across:
- WMS (Warehouse Management Systems)
- WES (Warehouse Execution Systems)
- Robotics & Automation Software
- Supply Chain SaaS platforms
- Benchmark subscription structures, licensing models, packaging, monetization approaches, services pricing, and support models
- Translate market intelligence into strategic pricing insights.
- Analyze historical deal data, discounting trends, win/loss outcomes, and pricing inconsistencies.
- Identify margin leakage, pricing gaps, and optimization opportunities.
- Develop and propose pricing frameworks where no standardized structure exists:
- Subscription-based SaaS
- Usage-based models
- Implementation services
- Support & maintenance models
- Apply value-based pricing principles.
- Partner with Sales, Product, Finance, and Leadership.
- Influence product positioning and commercial strategy.
- Present executive-ready recommendations backed by data and competitive insight.
- Operate independently and proactively — not as a transactional pricing support function.
Must-Have
- 8+ years in B2B SaaS pricing, commercial strategy, or monetization strategy
- Experience pricing enterprise software solutions
- Exposure to Supply Chain Technology, Warehouse Automation, Logistics Software, or Industrial SaaS
- Strong experience in:
- Competitive pricing analysis
- Deal desk / win-loss analysis
- Discount analysis
- Ability to present insights to senior leadership
- Experience in WMS / WES / Robotics / Automation Software companies
- Background in companies like:
- Manhattan Associates
- Dematic
- Honeywell Intelligrated
- SAP SCM / Oracle SCM
- Experience with Salesforce, CPQ, pricing tools (PROS, Vendavo, Zilliant)
- Advanced Excel and strong data modeling skills
