.NET Developer – Project Delivery Manager - Customer

Project Delivery Model (PDM) is a talent model that is tailored specifically for long-term, onsite client service delivery.
Serve as the technical lead for the full portfolio of .NET applications, overseeing day-to-day development and support.
Maintains deep institutional knowledge across these systems, enabling efficient troubleshooting, enhancements, and continuity.
Strong developer, delivering high-quality code and guiding implementation decisions and best practices.
Mentor/support team members; identify skill gaps and ensure onboarding and cross-training.
Communicate regularly with Engagement Managers (Directors), project team members, and representatives from various functional and / or technical teams, including escalating any matters that require additional attention and consideration from engagement management.
Independently and collaboratively lead client engagement work streams focused on improvement, optimization, and transformation of processes including implementing leading practice workflows, addressing deficits in quality, and driving operational outcomes.
Qualifications- 8+ years (or equivalent) legacy application production support experience; demonstrated long-term system ownership.
- Proven leadership in support operations, incident management, and stakeholder communication.
- Strong knowledge of Accounting/Finance processes and dependencies (e.g., close, reconciliation, reporting, integrations).
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience.

Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
