Responsibility:
* Education & Core Experience. Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent practical experience. Demonstrated capability to coach at all levels-teams, leaders, and portfolio stakeholders-using professional-grade facilitation, mentoring, and teaching techniques. Excellent communication, leadership, time-management, and conflict-resolution skills. Ability to influence senior leadership and support organizational transformation initiatives.
* Transformation & Change Leadership. Recognized as a change catalyst who drives cultural adoption of Agile values, principles, and ways of working. Track record of improving flow, removing systemic impediments, and enabling high-performing, empowered teams.
* Data-Driven Delivery & Metrics. Skilled in using delivery metrics (e.g., OKRs, DORA, throughput, predictability) and information radiators to guide improvement and support data-informed coaching.
* Technical Fluency & Tooling. Proficiency with Agile tooling such as Jira, Confluence, Dragonboat, and increasing use of Copilot-assisted workflows. Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts sufficiently to partner effectively with engineering, compliance, and risk teams.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration. Ability to work across complex organizational structures and partner across Product, Engineering, Compliance, and Risk to align teams and delivery.
* Continuous Improvement Mindset. Demonstrated curiosity, adaptability, and ongoing investment in professional growth; models continuous-improvement behaviors.
