Co-Founder and Chief Officer

Nav Notes () is a live, fully-built Chrome extension that lets teams pin documentation, requirements, and context directly to any web page — so the right info lives where the work actually happens. We're out of the gate with a working product and now we're looking for the right person to help us scale.

The Role

We're looking for a scrappy, strategic growth partner to join as Co-Founder and CGO. You'll own everything from how we tell our story to how we build partnerships and drive user growth. This is a part-time, equity-based role — meaning you're not just joining a team, you're joining the mission.

What You'll Own

• Define and execute our go-to-market strategy across key channels
• Drive user acquisition through content marketing, SEO, and community engagement (Reddit, Linked In, etc.)
• Identify and pursue strategic partnerships and business development opportunities
• Own our brand voice and positioning across all channels
• Manage and optimize paid campaigns (Google Ads, etc.)
• Collaborate with the founding team on product direction and market feedback
• Build out the growth function from the ground up as we scale

Who You Are

• You've grown a SaaS or B2B product before (startup experience is a plus)
• You're comfortable wearing multiple hats and building from scratch
• You get the Chrome extension / productivity tool space
• You're excited by equity upside over a paycheck right now

Work Needs

• Based in Cincinnati and willing to meet up on a weekly basis
• 10+ hours per week to start
• This is an equity based, co-founder position
