• 5+ years of full-time business experience
• 3+ years of Scrum experience
• Strong oral and written communication skills

• Proven ability to identify and remove impediments outside the team
• Excellent coaching skills with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly
• Strong conflict resolution and mediation skills
• Demonstrated passion for building high-performing teams
• Ability to build trust and rapport that supports a sustainable, effective workplace
• Commitment to promoting innovative thinking and continuous improvement
• High energy and enthusiasm for Agile transformation

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered
