VAS Product Manager

Akkodis is seeking a VAS Product Manager for a Contract role in Cincinnati, OH (Remote option available). The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast‑paced environment, managing multiple work streams and collaborating across product, commercial, technology, and design teams.

$60/hour to $65/hour; the rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

• Owning the VAS roadmap for SMB digital portals, including short‑term delivery and future planning
• Prioritizing business and technical requirements while managing development capacity
• Defining requirements, user journeys, and acceptance criteria for VAS integrations
• Overseeing ongoing delivery of in‑flight initiatives and managing cross‑team dependencies
• Driving VAS commercialization through digital placements, dashboards, and embedded product experiences
• Partnering with Marketing, Commercial, and Product teams to shape go‑to‑market strategies
• Acting as the subject matter expert for VAS offerings and related systems
• Managing in‑life product changes, issue resolution, and enhancements
• Providing clear updates and recommendations to senior management
• Ensuring structured documentation and knowledge transfer after the cover period

• Experience defining, developing, and launching digital products in multi‑stakeholder environments (payments/fintech/SaaS preferred)
• Hands‑on Agile experience, including converting business needs into user stories and detailed requirements
• Strong commercial awareness with experience driving digital adoption and performance KPIs
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities, including vendor interaction
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities and projects
• Strong analytical and data‑driven decision‑making capabilities
• Ability to understand complex operational or technical constraints and translate them into user‑centric solutions
