IAM Analyst

Description

An enterprise revenue cycle customer is looking for a backfill resource to help with an influx of User Provisioning requests driven by growth and new customer onboarding. Qualified candidates must have prior experience with User Account Creation and Access set-up, strong Active Directory and permissions, terminations, and troubleshooting any access related issues. Service Now experience is highly preferred.

• Help with User Provisioning requests for growth and new customer onboarding.
• Create and set-up user accounts and access permissions.
• Perform terminations and troubleshoot access-related issues.
• Work independently, self-motivated.
• Occasional overtime may be required.

• Prior experience with User Account Creation and Access set-up.
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory and permissions.
• Experience with terminations and troubleshooting access issues.
• Service Now experience highly preferred.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.
