• Lead end-to-end tenant-to-tenant migrations across Exchange Online, One Drive/SharePoint, and Teams using Bit Titan Migration Wiz or Quest, including planning, assessments, cutover execution, and post-migration stabilization.
• Act as the Tier 3 escalation point and subject matter expert for Microsoft Entra , Active Directory, Exchange Online, Teams, and Microsoft Purview, providing advanced support and mentoring to strengthen capabilities.
• Manage enterprise identity services, including user lifecycle management, Conditional Access and MFA, hybrid synchronization (Entra Connect), and certificate services (AD CS and public certificates) to ensure secure, seamless access.
• Develop and maintain standardized M&A integration playbooks for Microsoft 365 and identity, creating repeatable processes that accelerate onboarding and reduce migration risk.
• Administer and enhance Defender for Office 365 protections (anti-phishing, Safe Links, Safe Attachments), partnering with Information Security to optimize policies, investigate alerts, and remediate vulnerabilities.
• Support Legal and Compliance with Microsoft Purview eDiscovery activities, including legal holds, content searches, exports, and enforcement of appropriate access and audit controls.
• Design and implement automation using Power Shell and Microsoft Graph to eliminate manual tasks, improve consistency, and scale operations.
• Produce and maintain technical documentation, runbooks, architecture diagrams, and standard operating procedures to support incident response and operational continuity.
• Drive operational excellence through proactive security assessments, automation initiatives, and adoption of Microsoft 365 best practices.
• Participate in Change Advisory Board (CAB) activities, lead post-incident root cause analysis, and uphold strong change and incident management governance.

• 7–10+ years of Microsoft 365 engineering experience in enterprise environments, with demonstrated senior-level ownership.
• Proven experience leading complex tenant-to-tenant migrations using Bit Titan, Quest, or similar tools, including phased migrations and low-impact cutovers.
• Strong expertise in Exchange Online, Microsoft Entra  (Conditional Access, MFA, PIM), and Entra Connect/AD Connect.
• Experience with Defender for Office 365, Microsoft Purview eDiscovery, and enterprise security and compliance.
• Advanced Power Shell skills; experience with Microsoft Graph and Azure Automation preferred.
• Knowledge of certificate management, PKI (AD CS), and hybrid authentication.
• Self-driven problem solver with strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience;
  Microsoft certifications, Power Platform, and M&A integration experience preferred.
