Role DetailsRole name: Solumina Support Specialist
Work site: USA (Remote)
Responsibilities- Provide on‑call support for critical tickets during off‑hours or weekends.
- Support and troubleshoot the iBaset Solumina MES platform.
- Integrate MES with ERP and enterprise systems.
- Work with Oracle databases and PL/SQL to maintain system data.
- Collaborate with manufacturing processes, MES systems, and the Aerospace & Defense industry stakeholders.
- Follow defined processes and maintain documentation.
- 2–3 years of experience supporting the iBaset Solumina MES platform.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle databases and PL/SQL.
- Familiarity with Java/J2EE and Microservices architecture.
- Understanding of manufacturing processes, MES systems, and the Aerospace & Defense industry.
- Experience integrating MES with ERP and enterprise systems.
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) is a plus.
- Strong problem‑solving, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to follow defined processes.
