Print Support Technician

Our client, a leading provider of print and document solutions, is seeking a Print Support Technician to join their team. As a Print Support Technician, you will be part of the Service Operations supporting onsite hardware and software maintenance. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

• Monitor systems to detect performance issues and resolve technical problems on assigned hardware and software platforms using established protocols.
• Conduct routine installations, configurations, and assemblies of systems/products in accordance with standard protocols.
• Assist end users with device functionality, including clearing paper jams and replacing consumables such as toner and paper.
• Coordinate with support teams and report customer satisfaction or dissatisfaction to relevant management.
• Perform initial troubleshooting and swap out devices with spares as needed to ensure continuous operation.

• High School Diploma, GED, or higher secondary education, or equivalent work experience.
• Typically 2-5 years of related experience in maintenance, quality, or a similar field.
• Ability to manage consumable inventory and execute scripted change management activities.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established protocols and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
