Vernovis is partnering with a growing organization seeking an experienced Project Manager / PMO Leader to provide interim leadership and execution support across a portfolio of IT and business initiatives.

• Lead and manage multiple ad hoc IT and business projects from initiation through delivery
• Provide PMO leadership, structure, and governance across active initiatives
• Support acquisition and post‑merger integration efforts, including systems, vendors, and processes
• Manage and help resolve telecom and phone system issues
• Assess and improve file storage organization, structure, and access controls
• Support Ignite platform integration activities
• Partner with the Managed Service Provider (MSP) to improve processes, procedures, and overall integration
• Create and maintain project plans, timelines, risk logs, and executive‑level status reporting
• Facilitate cross‑functional communication and stakeholder alignment to drive execution

• Strong experience in project management and PMO leadership roles
• Proven ability to lead both IT and business initiatives simultaneously
• Experience supporting acquisitions or post‑merger integrations
• Familiarity with MSP models and vendor management
• Proficiency with common project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, MS Project, Jira, Asana, or similar)

• Experience with Ignite or similar platform integrations
• PMP, PgMP, or other project management certifications
• Prior experience in fractional or interim leadership roles
• Background in IT operations or infrastructure
