IT Support Intern; Summer

As an IT Support Intern, you will work directly with internal users to diagnose and resolve a wide variety of software and hardware issues in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. You will gain first‑hand experience assisting with new employee onboarding by setting up workstations and working with Active Directory and Exchange Accounts all while working within TQL’s award‑winning in‑house IT department.

What you’ll be doing:

• Monitor IT environments and act as a first responder to tech‑related incidents
• Work end user tickets and provide outstanding customer service
• Move and setup desks throughout the building
• Maintain tech storage rooms
• Work towards and present on IT improvement projects to your team

What you need:

• Current student graduating between December 2026 to May 2027
• Maintaining a 3.0+ GPA while pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity or Systems Engineering
• Knowledge of Object‑Oriented Programming Language
• Basic SQL awareness to be able to write and run basic scripts
• Experience with Terraform and DBA
• Strong ability to multitask and follow proper procedures
