• Install, configure, and maintain PCs and Mac computer equipment ensuring that all technology is ready for use.
• Support various troubleshooting, network, and system administration efforts with the rest of the team, and other technology-related projects within the department to help improve equipment and processes.

• Working towards Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Preferred minimum of six months of experience in a similar role/co‑op with technical support of hardware and software in a professional business environment.
• Experienced with using and tech support on Dell laptop and desktop computers, Apple/Mac, Windows 11, and Microsoft Office at a minimum.
• MS Office suite experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft SQL, Microsoft Defender, O365 Office 365, and Cisco networking a plus.
• Ability to communicate positively and professionally with all levels of the company.
