As a Data Business Analyst II, you will serve as a key bridge between business stakeholders and data teams, translating business needs into scalable reporting and analytical solutions. You will partner closely with functional teams to understand operational challenges and deliver insights that support informed, data-driven decision making.

What you’ll be doing:

• Partnering with business stakeholders to understand goals, challenges, and reporting needs
• Gathering, documenting, and refining business and data requirements
• Translating business questions into analytical and reporting solutions
• Ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and alignment with business definitions
• Owning reporting and analytics initiatives from intake through delivery
• Collaborating with data engineering and IT teams to improve data availability
• Identifying opportunities to improve reporting efficiency and self service

What you’ll need:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, analytics, information systems, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in business analysis or a related role
• Experience translating business needs into data and reporting requirements
• Familiarity with Excel and enterprise documentation tools
• Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences
