CINCINNATI GENERAL OFFICES

• Invent and Innovate:
  Lead the design and development of cutting‑edge data science and AI algorithms that challenge the status quo
• Collaborate to Scale:
  Partner with engineering teams to product ionize and deploy scalable, high‑impact solutions
• Master Large and Complex Data:
  Drive exploratory analysis, feature engineering, and modeling on massive datasets using cloud tools and platforms
• Inspire and Elevate:
  Mentor fellow data scientists and become a go‑to expert in AI, optimization, or generative techniques
• Deliver Impact:
  Translate complex data into strategic insights that transform business decisions and outcomes

• Bachelor's, Master's, and/or postgraduate in a quantitative field (Operations Research, Computer Science, Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Analytics, etc.)
• 5+ years of experience in Data Science or related field with a proven record of business impact. Doctoral level research involving AI/ML techniques may be considered in lieu of professional experience.
• Proficient in programming languages such as Python and familiar with major Data Science/machine learning libraries like OpenCV, scikit‑learn, PyTorch, Tensor Flow/Keras, and Pandas.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and test code within cloud environments.
• Experience with large datasets and developing in cloud computing platforms such as GCP or Azure.
• Experience applying analytic methodologies such as Machine Learning, Optimization, Simulation, and Generative and Agentic AI to real‑world problems.
• Familiarity with Dev Ops environments, including tools like Git and CI/CD practices.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence others to take action.
• Ability to work onsite in Cincinnati, OH based office on a hybrid work schedule.

• Agentic Development:
  Experience developing and deploying AI Agents or agentic workflows in any of the major cloud environments.
• Familiarity with cutting‑edge frameworks and techniques: evidence of experimenting with the latest releases in foundational models, knowledge graphs, agentic platforms, and the broader AI field.
• A commitment to lifelong learning, keeping up to date with the latest technology trends, and a willingness to teach others while learning new techniques.
• Ability to influence the business by translating complex topics and techniques into concepts that non‑technical people can understand and buy into.
