Role OverviewThe Data Developer / BI Analyst designs, builds, and optimizes scalable data models, pipelines, and Power BI solutions to transform complex data into actionable insights. This role supports data‑driven decision‑making across the organization by ensuring data integrity, performance, and accessibility while partnering closely with business and IT stakeholders.
Responsibilities- Design, build, and maintain scalable data models and data pipelines to support enterprise reporting and analytics.
- Develop and optimize ETL/ELT processes that integrate data from multiple sources including CRM, ERP, and internal systems.
- Create and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards, reports, and KPI visualizations.
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and risks that support strategic business decisions.
- Partner cross‑functionally with stakeholders to translate business needs into effective analytical solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 5–10 years of experience in data development, business intelligence, or analytics roles.
- Advanced expertise in Power BI, including data modeling, DAX, Power Query, and performance optimization.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and experience working with relational databases.
- Demonstrated experience building and optimizing data models and data pipelines.
- Experience with Azure data services such as Azure Data Factory, Synapse, or Data Lake.
- Familiarity with Python or R for advanced analytics or data processing.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to travel up to 10%, primarily for internal collaboration and meetings.
