The OpportunityAs an FSO Dev Ops Engineer Senior Analyst, you’ll be based in our Service Delivery Center, which is made up of high-performing US‑based colleagues who work closely with experienced advisory professionals. You will play a key role in driving the delivery and operations of the Web3 Platform that supports multiple business functions, establishing and maintaining Dev Ops best practices, including CI/CD automation, infrastructure reliability, observability, and secure deployment patterns.
You will collaborate with engineering teams to support scalability, resiliency, and security of the platform and coordinate with global teams on troubleshooting, tooling enhancements, and automation initiatives.
- Design, implement, and maintain the infrastructure and deployment pipelines to support development and deployment of applications.
- Collaborate with software engineers, system administrators, and other team members to identify and implement efficient and reliable solutions.
- Automate processes and tasks to improve efficiency and scalability.
- Implement continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes.
- Provide technical support and assistance to the development team.
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize system performance, ensuring high availability, scalability, and security.
- Define and implement appropriate monitoring and alerting systems for timely incident resolution.
- Maintain and enhance security of infrastructure, applications, and systems, ensuring compliance with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and maintain system documentation.
- Integrate risk and control processes into day‑to‑day responsibilities and appropriately mitigate risk.
- Travel up to 20% of the time as required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Infrastructure as Code development using Dev Sec Ops pipelines.
- Proven experience in Dev Sec Ops or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure, GCP, or AWS.
- Experience with Azure DLT (Besu, Canton) and Azure services (VMs, VNet, AD, Key Vault, Storage, Functions).
- Experience with CI/CD tools and secure software development practices.
- Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (Python, Go, Type Script, or Java).
- Git‑based workflows and Dev Ops tooling (Git Hub Actions, Git Lab CI/CD).
- Experience with CNAPP.
- Strong hands‑on experience with Terraform and Bicep (or Cloud Formation for AWS).
- Knowledge of networking, IAM policies, and cloud‑native security controls.
- Competitive compensation package. Base salary range: $67,000 to $136,800 (all geographic locations in the US); $80,300 to $155,300 for NYC Metro Area, Washington State, and California (excluding Sacramento). Total rewards include medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and paid time off.
