We are looking to hire 2 entry level IT Technicians supporting our customer.

• 1 resource needed at 5289 Vine St, St Bernand, OH
• 1 resource needed at 8700 Mason Montgomery Road, Mason, OH

• 2+ years in a help desk, desktop support, or technical support role
• Great customer service skills, and comfortable supporting customers over chat, email, phone, and in person
• Experience remotely logging into devices for troubleshooting
• Experience working in a ticketing system, preferably Service Now
• Prefer experience working with IT hardware, even better if that experience is printers
