Job Title: Microsoft Dynamics Business Central ERP Analyst
Location/Work Structure: Hybrid - West Chester, OH

The Microsoft Dynamics Business Central ERP Analyst is responsible for supporting and enhancing the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central environment. This role focuses on functional support, optimization, and continuous improvement within a manufacturing and distribution setting.

• Lead solution design, configuration, and deployment efforts within Business Central, with a focus on manufacturing and warehouse efficiency
• Support fabricated and machined product environments, including supply chain and operations
• Work with advanced warehouse (WHS) and shop floor functionality, including mobile scanning tools
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support ERP, EDI, data warehousing, eCommerce, and SQL-related processes
• Serve as a functional advisor to the business on Business Central capabilities and best practices
• Troubleshoot and support advanced BC functionality (inventory, warehouse transactions, lot control, shipping, picking, etc.)
• Act as liaison between business users, IT, and external vendors
• Analyze system issues and recommend improvements and enhancements
• Assist with reporting, documentation, testing, and system updates
• Maintain knowledge of industry trends and ERP best practices

• Strong understanding of Business Central configuration and processes in manufacturing/distribution environments
• Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights
• Solid project coordination and organizational skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
• Highly detail-oriented with the ability to adapt and problem-solve

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related field
• 5+ years of ERP experience, including 3+ years with Business Central
• Experience supporting Business Central in a manufacturing or distribution environment
