Position OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Service Now Developer / Administrator to support, maintain, and enhance the Service Now platform. This individual will work within a collaborative environment to deliver scalable solutions, ensure platform stability, and support ongoing operational and development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Administer and support Service Now platform instances (production and non‑production)
- Configure and develop platform enhancements, including system updates and modifications
- Monitor system performance and ensure availability, integrity, and reliability of applications
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, incidents, and system defects
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including developers, architects, business analysts, and stakeholders
- Support platform upgrades, patching, and release management activities
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and system documentation
- Participate in Agile ceremonies
, including daily stand‑ups and sprint planning - Contribute to code reviews, knowledge sharing, and team collaboration efforts
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Service Now platform administration
- Experience working with key modules, including:
- Incident, Problem, and Change Management
- Service Catalog
- ITOM / CMDB
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex technical and performance issues
- Experience working within an Agile development environment
- Active Service Now Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification required
- Service Now Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) (SPM and/or APM)
- Service Now Certified Application Developer (CAD)
- Experience with Service Now integrations and development
- ITIL v3 or ITIL v4 certification
- U.S. Citizenship is required
- Candidates must maintain an active Service Now certification (verification required via official Service Now certification portal)
