Job Description & How to Apply Below
This position sits between the identity management and infrastructure security team, providing hands-on ownership of Identity and Access Management operations, while actively supporting infrastructure security controls, translating security, audit, and risk requirements into practical, operational execution. This will focus on maturing and centralizing IAM processes, enforcing least-privilege access, strengthening MFA, and reducing identity-related security and audit risk across the company.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end IAM operations including user lifecycle management, role changes, terminations, service accounts, and privileged access provisioning.
- Design, document, and continuously mature IAM processes, standards, and workflows across infrastructure and security functions.
- Implement and enforce least-privilege access models and role-based access control (RBAC) frameworks.
- Serve as technical owner for enterprise identity platforms, including Microsoft Entra on-prem Active Directory.
- Administer and enforce multi-factor authentication (MFA) policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2-4 years of experience in security, infrastructure, or IAM-focused role, with demonstrated hands-on identity and access management experience.
- Experience supporting security audits, vulnerability remediation, and compliance initiatives in a regulated industry, with preference given to Financial Services.
- Experience operating in environments where IAM programs are actively being built and formalized, not just maintained.
- IAM principles, privileged access management (PAM) concepts, and access governance practices.
- Proficiency in Active Directory, Group Policy, and Entra .
- Familiarity with RBAC design
- Knowledge of Power Shell and automation scripting.
Benefits: (compensation can vary depending on experience) + Benefits, Community Involvement, PTO, 401k match (10% dollar for dollar), Roth contribution
