Responsibilities include providing technical support and consultancy services, working hands-on with all Maximo modules, setting up sites and users in Maximo, developing integration mapping requirements, technical specifications, and use cases, converting data into Maximo, making code changes/enhancements to third-party systems including Maximo, and testing third-party applications such as Maximo Handheld. Must have hands-on experience working on MAXIMO.
Extensive experience in developing, installing, and customizing IBM Maximo 7.6.1.2, MIF, and Migration Manager is required. Ability to create workflows within IBM Maximo, develop and design projects, and work independently or lead small teams is essential.
Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, troubleshooting skills, and mentorship abilities are necessary. Proficiency in PowerPoint, MS Office, and documentation of use cases and technical requirements is expected. Leadership, team-building skills, and knowledge of Six Sigma are advantageous.
