Job Title:
WCAG compliance and Automation Testing (Accessibility Automation Tester (WCAG))
We are seeking a skilled professional with strong expertise in WCAG compliance and Automation Testing to join a leading banking client in Cincinnati, Ohio. The ideal candidate will ensure digital accessibility standards are met while building scalable automation frameworks for accessibility testing.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure digital accessibility compliance with WCAG 2.1 / 2.2 standards
- Design, develop, and implement automation frameworks for accessibility testing
- Collaborate with development teams to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve accessibility issues
- Perform accessibility audits using tools such as Axe, Lighthouse, and WAVE
- Integrate accessibility testing into CI/CD pipelines where applicable
- Provide recommendations and best practices for improving accessibility
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of WCAG guidelines (A & AA standards)
- Hands‑on experience in Automation Testing using tools like Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress
- Experience with accessibility testing tools such as Axe, NVDA, and JAWS
- Experience working in Agile environments
- Prior experience in the Banking/Financial Services domain
- Familiarity with CI/CD integration for automated testing
- Strong problem‑solving and communication skills
